  • Lead brand marketing and creative strategy for a 700-person healthcare technology company, driving design, storytelling, and campaigns that generated $120M in marketing pipeline.

  • Directed a corporate brand refresh, repositioning Komodo as an innovation-forward leader with
    a human-centered identity, including the update of 100+ marketing assets, new website, and
    lead-gen campaign and within first 6 months.

  • Partnered with executive leadership to launch Marmot, Komodo’s enterprise AI platform, shaping narrative, value proposition, and integrated campaigns, including a Nasdaq Times Square takeover and a virtual event with 600+ registrants and 66% attendance.

  • Serve on Komodo’s AI Council and AI Adoption & Enablement Committee, influencing company strategy for integrating generative AI with individuals, teams and operations.

  • Achieved a 3X lift in creative output by introducing a streamlined Asana request process, adopting a contractor/offshore model, and deploying automation and AI tools.

  • Manage a hybrid team of in-house creatives, project managers, and social media, plus external agencies and contractors, expanding capabilities across marketing functions.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure brand and creative vision supports revenue, talent, and enterprise priorities.

  • Conceptualized, initiated, and procured funding for a web-based pre-press portal and on-line proofing system to automate workflows and eliminate costs of $5K+ per year.

  • Led a 15-person Board for the largest chapter in the US with over 750 members.

  • Revamped the chapter's annual strategic plan with SMART goals and enduring strategic initiatives that continued to serve as the foundation for the next two terms.

  • Worked with committee leaders to track KPIs against their goals monthly.

  • Led monthly board meetings and emceed 21 events throughout my term.

  • Focused on succession planning, ensuring chapter leaders were developed to grow.

  • Pioneered the chapter's inaugural DEI committee.

  • Proud winner of the 2022 Silver Chapter of the Year award.
